Each of us has a cry inside, deep in our spirit. It is part of being alive in this world. My cry comes out through instant
improvisational composition. My cry hears that sound that wakes it up and then the composition forms around that. All my pieces from conception to posting the video happens within 2-3 hours.
I try to be an open vessel to the Cry and the Spirit.
